Das NovaNox® Silikon Reduzierstück mit Polyester Verstärkung (VMQ) ist eine hochwertige Komponente für vielfältige Anwendungen in verschiedenen Industriezweigen. Hergestellt aus hochwertigem Silikon mit integrierter Polyester Verstärkung bietet es eine außergewöhnliche Flexibilität sowie eine robuste und langlebige Struktur.
Das Reduzierstück eignet sich perfekt für Anwendungen, bei denen eine präzise Anpassung von Durchmessern erforderlich ist. Die flexible Silikonkonstruktion ermöglicht eine einfache Installation und eine zuverlässige Abdichtung in verschiedenen Umgebungen. Die Polyester Verstärkung sorgt für zusätzliche Stabilität und Festigkeit, was dem Reduzierstück eine lange Lebensdauer verleiht.
Mit einer Schenkellänge von 100 mm und einem variablen Innendurchmesser von 19×13 mm bis 114×102 mm bietet dieses Reduzierstück eine breite Palette von Anwendungsmöglichkeiten und passt sich unterschiedlichen Rohrgrößen an.

Dieses Silikon Reduzierstück ist nicht für Öltransport / Öldurchfluss geeignet. Es ist beständig gegen Ölspritzer, erlaubt jedoch keinen Öldurchfluss. Bitte nicht in Anwendungen verwenden, bei denen Öl durch das Reduzierstück geführt werden soll.

Alles Wichtige auf einen Blick
Silikon-Verbinder (Schlauchverbinder/Kupplungen) verbinden zwei Schlauch- oder Rohrenden gleichen Durchmessers gerade miteinander – etwa zur Verlängerung oder zum Koppeln von Ladeluft- und Kühlwasserleitungen. Sie werden beidseitig mit Schlauchschellen gesichert.
Sie bestehen aus hochwertigem Silikon (VMQ) mit mehrlagiger Polyester-Gewebeeinlage (in der Regel 3–4 Lagen). Das macht sie form- und druckstabil, hitzefest und langlebig – bei gleichzeitig hoher Flexibilität für eine einfache Montage.
Unsere Silikonschläuche sind hitzebeständig von –50°C bis +180°C und können kurzzeitig bis +220°C belastet werden.
Silikon ist gegen Ölspritzer beständig, aber nicht für einen dauerhaften Öl- oder Kraftstoffdurchfluss im Inneren geeignet. Für Benzin, Diesel oder Öl verwenden Sie bitte unsere NBR-Schläuche. Für Kühlwasser, Ladeluft, Heißluft und Glykol sind die Silikonteile dagegen ideal.
Maßgeblich ist der Innendurchmesser (ID), der zum Außendurchmesser Ihres Stutzens bzw. Rohrs passen muss. Messen Sie den Außendurchmesser des Anschlusses und wählen Sie die passende Größe. Bei Fragen zur Auswahl hilft Ihnen unser Team gerne weiter.
Das Teil wird über die Stutzen bzw. Rohrenden geschoben und an jeder Verbindung mit Schlauchschellen gesichert. Für eine dauerhaft dichte und druckfeste Verbindung empfehlen wir passende Edelstahl-Schlauchschellen sowie einen festen Sitz mit ausreichender Überlappung.
