The NovaNox® 90° Silicone Reducer Elbows with Polyester Reinforcement (VMQ) represent a first-class solution for a wide range of applications. Made from high-quality silicone, they offer not only exceptional flexibility but also a robust structure thanks to the integrated polyester reinforcement.
With a leg length of 152 × 152 mm, these reducer elbows enable precise adaptation in various pipe systems. Their versatility is demonstrated by a wide range of inner diameter combinations from 19×13 mm to 102×90 mm. The outstanding temperature resistance of -50 °C to +180 °C makes these elbows particularly suitable for demanding environments with extreme temperatures.

This silicone reducer elbow is not suitable for oil transport / oil flow. It is resistant to oil splashes, but does not permit oil flow. Please do not use in applications where oil is to be passed through the hose.

Alles Wichtige auf einen Blick
Ein 90°-Reduzierbogen kombiniert eine rechtwinklige Richtungsänderung mit einer Durchmesser-Reduzierung in einem Bauteil. Ideal, wenn zwei Anschlüsse mit unterschiedlichem Durchmesser im rechten Winkel verbunden werden müssen – z. B. in Ladeluft- und Kühlsystemen oder beim Motorumbau – und spart Bauraum sowie Verbindungsstellen.
Die Bögen bestehen aus hochwertigem Silikon (VMQ) mit einer 3- bis 4-lagigen Polyester-Gewebeeinlage. Diese Verstärkung sorgt für hohe Form- und Druckstabilität, während der Bogen flexibel und langlebig bleibt – ideal für dauerhaft beanspruchte Verbindungen im Motor-, Fahrzeug- und Anlagenbau.
Unsere Silikonschläuche sind hitzebeständig von –50°C bis +180°C und können kurzzeitig bis +220°C belastet werden.
Silikon ist gegen Ölspritzer beständig, aber nicht für einen dauerhaften Öl- oder Kraftstoffdurchfluss im Inneren geeignet. Für Benzin, Diesel oder Öl empfehlen wir unsere NBR-Schläuche. Für Kühlwasser, Ladeluft, Heißluft und Glykol sind die Silikonbögen dagegen bestens geeignet.
Ein Reduzierbogen verbindet zwei unterschiedliche Innendurchmesser – eine größere und eine kleinere Seite. Messen Sie den Außendurchmesser beider Anschlüsse und wählen Sie die Variante, deren beide Innendurchmesser dazu passen (z. B. Ø 51 auf 38 mm). So überbrücken Sie Durchmessersprung und Richtungsänderung in einem einzigen Bauteil.
Der Bogen wird über die Stutzen bzw. Rohrenden geschoben und an beiden Seiten mit Schlauchschellen gesichert. Für eine dauerhaft dichte und druckfeste Verbindung empfehlen wir passende Edelstahl-Schlauchschellen. Achten Sie auf eine ausreichende Überlappung und einen festen Sitz auf dem Anschluss.
