NovaNox® silicone hoses are versatile due to their special properties and are particularly suitable for use as charge air hoses , pressure hoses , or turbo hoses. These hoses are used in turbocharged engines and connect the turbocharger to the combustion chamber. A charge air hose allows the compressed air from the compressor or turbocharger to flow directly into the combustion chamber, resulting in better and more efficient combustion. This process increases engine power and significantly reduces fuel consumption. Thanks to their special properties, NovaNox® charge air hoses easily withstand high temperatures, vibrations, and increased pressure of up to 10 bar.
