Item Description

The BREEZE Aero HKFK High-Performance Worm Drive Hose Clamp is the sprung version of the Aero BG and is also 14.3 mm wide. It is suitable for use in industry as well as in plant construction and vehicle manufacturing for high-stress connections, superimposed with high pressure or temperature fluctuations, e.g., in cooling water.

Thanks to its flexible, thin-walled band and the band perforation adapted to the screw contour, the HKFK achieves a very uniform circumferential force distribution and high band tensile forces (approx. 1,800 N at 6 Nm, approx. 2,800 N before breakage). The band tensile forces required by DIN 3017 are usually exceeded. The spring package dampens vibration stresses on rigid connections or serves as length compensation for thermal expansion or hose setting effects.
