The NovaNox® 180° Silicone Elbows with Polyester Reinforcement (VMQ) represent a first-class solution for a wide range of applications. Made from high-quality silicone, they offer not only exceptional flexibility but also a robust structure thanks to the integrated polyester reinforcement.
With a leg length of 152 × 152 mm, these silicone elbows allow precise fitting in various pipe systems. Their versatility is reflected in a wide range of inner diameters from 16 mm to 76 mm. The outstanding temperature resistance from -50 °C to +180 °C makes these elbows particularly suitable for demanding environments with extreme temperatures.

Alles Wichtige auf einen Blick
Der 180°-Bogen (U-Bogen) führt den Schlauch in einer kompletten Kehre zurück in die Gegenrichtung. Ideal für Bypass- und Rücklaufführungen, enge Umlenkungen in Kühlwasser- und Ladeluftsystemen sowie überall dort, wo der Leitungsverlauf auf kleinem Raum um 180° gewendet werden muss.
Die Bögen bestehen aus hochwertigem Silikon (VMQ) mit einer 3- bis 4-lagigen Polyester-Gewebeeinlage. Diese Verstärkung sorgt für hohe Form- und Druckstabilität, während der Bogen flexibel und langlebig bleibt – ideal für dauerhaft beanspruchte Verbindungen im Motor-, Fahrzeug- und Anlagenbau.
Unsere Silikonschläuche sind hitzebeständig von –50°C bis +180°C und können kurzzeitig bis +220°C belastet werden.
Silikon ist gegen Ölspritzer beständig, aber nicht für einen dauerhaften Öl- oder Kraftstoffdurchfluss im Inneren geeignet. Für Benzin, Diesel oder Öl empfehlen wir unsere NBR-Schläuche. Für Kühlwasser, Ladeluft, Heißluft und Glykol sind die Silikonbögen dagegen bestens geeignet.
Maßgeblich ist der Innendurchmesser (ID) des Bogens – er muss zum Außendurchmesser Ihres Stutzens bzw. Rohrs passen. Verfügbar sind viele Größen von Ø 13 bis 102 mm. Messen Sie dazu den Außendurchmesser des Anschlusses und wählen Sie den passenden Innendurchmesser. Im Zweifel hilft Ihnen unser Team gerne bei der Auswahl weiter.
Der Bogen wird über die Stutzen bzw. Rohrenden geschoben und an beiden Seiten mit Schlauchschellen gesichert. Für eine dauerhaft dichte und druckfeste Verbindung empfehlen wir passende Edelstahl-Schlauchschellen. Achten Sie auf eine ausreichende Überlappung und einen festen Sitz auf dem Anschluss.
