To comply with strict emissions standards, the urea-based AdBlue fluid is increasingly being used in commercial vehicle exhaust aftertreatment. This requires separate, special tanks with an internal coating that can withstand the aggressive fluid. As an innovation leader, NovaNox leverages the latest original equipment technologies to make them available to the aftermarket. That's why NovaNox manufactures AdBlue tanks not only as original equipment but also as replacement parts – in every shape, size, and quantity.
Tank connections can be offered based on NovaNox's experience or customized according to customer requirements. Use different sensors for different environmental applications.
The following points can be integrated into the storage and monitoring module of the tanks:
- Level detection and alarm
- DEF/Adblue suction and return hose
- Temperature measurement
- Balancing the atmosphere of the tank
- Filtering processes against unwanted pollutants
Our tanks are equipped with a window to indicate the maximum fluid level. Fill the AdBlue by hand or with an automatic filling gun.
