NovaNox® fire-resistant ceilings
NovaNox® distributes fire protection solutions specifically designed for homes, workshops, and offices. Their certified fire-resistant ceilings are also used in industrial settings, offering the highest levels of fire containment and fire safety.
Thanks to special high-temperature fabric that reliably prevents fire spread and easy handling, our fire-resistant ceilings actively help to significantly reduce fire damage.
Fire containment & fire blankets
The purchase of electric vehicles and the increasing use of battery-powered electrical appliances, as well as welding work, etc., are creating more and more fire hazards in the workplace, but also at home.
Whether electric car, e-bike, e-scooter, cordless screwdriver or other battery-powered tools and garden equipment – the popular lithium-ion technology has long been part of everyday life.
And this is precisely where underestimated fire hazards lurk: even a single defective cell can trigger a chain reaction (thermal runaway), potentially leading to fires that are difficult to extinguish. The resulting fires cause high costs and downtime, and buildings may even become uninhabitable. A nightmare!
Fire-resistant ceilings help to limit flames in order to minimize fire damage.
Reliable fire containment
Fire blankets that are readily available allow for the rapid containment of incipient fires and also provide a quick way to limit fires.
Fire-resistant ceilings certified according to DIN EN 13501-1 (non-combustible) for industry, workshops, laboratories and sensitive work areas.
Immediately implementable fire protection measures as a responsibility towards your employees and a strengthening of your position vis-à-vis insurers.
Fire containment as a central component of fire protection
Modern factories, workshops and production halls contain numerous fire hazards: high-performance machines, welding work, grinding and cutting work, charging areas for battery tools, industrial trucks, electric vehicles and storage areas with sensitive materials.
A technical defect, an overheated battery – and a small fire can quickly turn into a costly shutdown.
These high-performance fire-resistant blankets, classified according to DIN EN 13501-1, were specifically developed for professional use in industry and trade. Available in various sizes, these fire-resistant blankets contain lithium-ion battery fires extremely quickly, reducing flames, heat, and smoke. Using the right fire-resistant blankets minimizes consequential damage and protects the health of your employees and your property.

FAQ Fire Limitation
Battery fires, especially lithium-ion battery fires, are chemical fires that are often difficult to extinguish.
They cannot simply be extinguished like conventional fires using extinguishing agents because they are caused by internal chemical reactions within the battery.
These fire reactions are independent of oxygen: even if the oxygen supply is interrupted, the chemical processes continue.
Effective measures against battery fires require specialized firefighting operations, suitable extinguishing agents (e.g., certain CFR extinguishing agents or potassium acetate/calcium sulfate solutions, depending on standards), and often containment of the affected unit as well as proper disposal.
Our fire protection products help limit and contain incipient fires. They require expert knowledge. Therefore, in accordance with regulations, our B2B products are only sold to commercial customers. The buyer is responsible for proper handling.
Fire-resistant ceilings limit the spread of flames and heat, reduce flame propagation, and facilitate evacuation and firefighting. Ideal for industrial customers, workshops, assembly halls, laboratories, battery-powered applications, and sensitive work areas where sealed high-voltage batteries are used.

Fire blankets are used for the initial containment of flames in hands, clothing, or small fires. They are not a replacement for professional fire extinguishers; however, they are a useful addition to your fire safety measures.
Yes. The professional, so-called splash protection blankets are available in three variations: up to 600°C / 850°C and 1,150°C for short periods – depending on the area of application and use.
Depending on fire load, room height, application (welding, general fire protection) and certification requirements. We will gladly help you select the appropriate ceiling thickness, dimensions and fastening method.
Our products are generally supplied with a practical hanging bag or protective case (trolley). Depending on the model, there are two or more hand straps on the product, which simplifies hanging.
Our B2B solutions utilize tested, flame-retardant textiles in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., EN/ISO standards). You can find the exact specifications on the respective product pages.
