The Breeze AERO BG/BGV® worm drive hose clamp is a 14.3 mm wide, four-piece high-performance worm drive hose clamp for demanding connections in air, water, and hydraulic systems. The band tensile forces required by DIN 3017 are typically exceeded.
Thanks to the band perforation cover, the Aero BG is also suitable for soft hoses (e.g., silicone). The flexible, thin-walled band ensures very even circumferential force distribution and high band tensile forces (approx. 1800 N at 6 Nm, approx. 2800 N before breakage) due to the band perforation adapted to the screw contour. The clamp is available in material grades W2 (galvanized steel ZnNi, Cr VI-free) and W4 (stainless steel), and optionally with a quick-release fastener (BGV).
